The purpose of PJSC “Central Cargo Bureau” is to provide complete information about cargoes in order to protect human life at sea, preserve cargoes, and ensure environmental safety.
In accordance with the requirements of the IMO and SOLAS-74 Convention, we develop and issue Declarations and Certificates on the properties of cargo. The Declaration contains information on the transport characteristics of the cargo and the conditions for its safe transportation by sea and river routes. The Certificate indicates the actual condition of the cargo at the time of loading, which is determined by the results of laboratory testing of its properties, as well as additional information regarding its safe transportation.
